Friday -
60 ab rolls, 30 15# shoulder presses
Coffee, scone, veggies and spaghetti, 1/2 order fish'n'chips and a Guinness. Ham and cheese flat wrap with veggies and water.
Saturday -
Mickies pancakes, 2 eggs, bacon, malt. Some pizza, some coke, and Harold and Kumar.
20 minutes solid of rope work,
shadow box, speed bag, heavy bag work.
(Saturday is my "eat whatever" day...)
