The Victory 500: 100 pushups, pullups, situps, air squats, dips.

Oatmeal with a peach, Orange juice, Kefir, coffee.
1/2 Caesar salad, 1/2 tomato soup, lemonade, ice coffee.
hot dog and corn bread.
1 finger squash and 1 small zuchinni in bit of spaghetti and ham, jam bread, water.
