And another lovely day

latte...a yummy way to start the day...outside on our terrace in the morning sun
protein shake
2 mini spring rolls, 2 mini samosas and 2 chicken breast skewers
one apple
half a whole wheat sandwich with tomato, lettuce and turkey breast
one frappucinolike thingy
4 mini vanilla cream tartlets with fruit
1 wholewheat sandwich with tuna, eggplant and parmesan
30 minute swim=roughly one kilometer
