Is that bacon?!

Why, yes it is!!

Felt slow today which is generally a sign that I need some carbo-
loading to happen... So an oil can of Sapporo and a reasonable portion
if homade mac-n-bacon-n-cheese should do the trick...

Apple and a bottle of water as a snack ore-workout.

Lunch was another triple club ham sandwich with lettuce and tomato.
Add a glass of oj and coffee and a yogurt.

Breakfast was 3 eggs over easy, oj, coffee, toast, and a banana.

STD boxing wkour with no extra stuff today. I feel beat and need some
sleep!
