latte
1/4 cup of granola with milk
2 chinese dumplings (ta pao)
1 slice of bread
some cheese and about 5 slices of cured meat
1/2 ltr of red wine (5 glasses)
coconut pineapple lassi
handful of strawberries
a bit of leftover pie dough
