Almost on Vacation

latte
2x125ml protein shakes
small ceasar salad
a few pieces of coconut, pineapple and mango
banana/pineapple smoothie
2 hardboiled eggs, a few pieces of smoked turkey cold cut, a few sundried tomatoes, 2 pieces of wasa bread and a bit of  goat cheese

20 minute stairmaster
