Well... That sucks...

I've been blogging via phone lately and noticed that most of my posts for the past week went into "space"...

Fixed the address and instead of pushing a bunch of email through, I'm just going to go forward...

Burpee intervals: 6x 30 seconds active, followed by 2 min rest.
Core workout - ab roller, situps, supermans, etc...

No boxing tonight...

Oatmeal, coffee, OJ, vitamin.

Bagel and cream cheese, Large coffee
Coke and 1 steak taco with all kinds of veggies. Beans.
Hotdog at CostCo with onions and ketchup... (I know... I know... I eat 'em with ketchup.)
Guinness and cup of beef stew
