Donothing Tuesday

latte
minibagel with butter and honey
lentil/chestnut soup
one spoon of chickpea and soybean salads each
mango lassi
small salad with grated carrots and cashews
panfried chicken breast with a slice of gruyere cheese
green asparagus (200gr)
sheepsmilk yogurt

25 minute physio massage - otherwise nothing physical
