I'm so glad it is the weekend

Saturday
latte
1 mini bagel
glass of juice
sheepsmilk jogurt
handful of almonds
1 real english scone
dinner: tom ka gai soup, sliced ham and turkey, hard boiled eggs, oat bread, cheeses, veggie chips, bread, wine  and the Oscars

40 minute swim 45 minute walk

Friday
latte 
double espresso with a spot of cream
1.5 mini bagel
2 small cinnamon rolls
fish sandwich
some bread
salad
fusilloni with salsicce and tomatoes
a half a blood orange sorbet
glass of red wine

25 minute swim


Thursday
2 lattes
salad with cashews and asian dressing
salad for dinner with gyoza dumplings

30 minute routine: leglifts, etc and some stretching
