fish soup leftovers for lunch
salad and roasted root vegetables
3 spoons of yogurt ice cream

Thursday
morning yoga
latte
protein shake
apple
half a portion of chicken/kale curry with some rice
omlette&salad for dinner
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
20 minute walk
