Feeling drained. Post workout was better, but I'm lacking "pep".

No workout - just a light 2 mile bike ride.

"Griff" workout - 800 M run, 400 M backwards run, repeat.
Boxing workout
4 miles bike ride - light pace.

2 eggs, corn bread, refried beans with onions and tomatoe

4 pcs. chicken ravioli. Tomato sauce. Water
Coffee. Vanilla ice cream cone (kids size).
2 small Turkey BBQ sandwiches (so good!), rc cola, tomatoe

Boxing workout.
Biked 2 miles.

Boursin, onion, and tomatoe 3 egg omlette. Coffee. OJ vitamin.
Spaghetti with Tomato Basil sauce. Lemonade. Tomatoes.
Baked beans. 3 Eggs. Cola. Tomatoes and onions. Handfull of choc chips. 1/3 tiny watermelon.

Fist day back in a long time!

Took the past month to:
1.) Move the wife and all of our "stuff" back from Wisconsin.
2.) Do a shit-ton of work around the house - gardening, clearing, chainsaw-age, etc.
3.) Help /DN move from AZ.
4.) My boxing gym moved to my town from the next town over (10 minute bike ride instead of 20 minute drive!) and he just re-opened.

Tonights workout was brutal:
6 rds rope
3 rds footwork
3 rds shadow box
3 rds mits
1 rd hvy bag

I was outta gas at that point, so I took a break, then did 5 rds of the following for time (Crossfit-lite):
10 burpees
10 pullups

friday-latte and 1 mini bagel, salad with IKEA Meatballs, shake for dinner, 1 slice of pumpernickel with turkeybreast, a handful of strawberries, swim
