For 5 circuits, max reps of pushups, pullups, air squats...

I'm a bit out of shape following the wife heading home.
In the first round, 60 pushups, 20 pullups, 50 squats...

Second round was not great either... Gotta start laying the foundation now.

Kefir for breakfast
apple
roast tomato soup and a roll
Ham roller (lo-cal cardboard tasting thing.) with veggie salsa and some cheese.

No dinner as of yet...
