Wedensday:
Rest day.
Oatmeal with a peach and water


Tuesday:

Run 800M, then 50 situps, then 50 back extensions (Crossfit WOD)

3 egg omlette with ham, some cheese, veggies.
2x coffee

tea with milk and molasses
slice fried cheese  (think saganaki)
Coffee
some terrible food at the friends of the NRA dinner.
