Monday
no workout - needed a rest. Legs were on fire after Sunday's workout.
Denver omlette with toast, coffee.
Ham and cheese with veggies wrap. (Homemade!) cup of tea.
2 monster cups of coffee
Sunday
Run 1/2 mile (warmup)
50 pullups in groups of 10 - vary the handposition.
100 table jumps in groups of 10.
50 plyo jumps (jump down from a small table, then onto the high table)
2 sets 95 lbs squats, 10 reps
1 set 190 lbs squats, 10 reps
2 sets Ab raises, 10 reps
Coffee.
2 bowls cheerios with half and half.(Ok, this isn't healthy, but there was nothing left in the house...)
Tuna steak on salad with tomatoes and hardboiled egg.
