Im back from being sick and back from vacation.
4x10 100# dumbell deadlifts (I don't have a bar)
3 rds jumprope
3 rds footwork
3 rds shadowbox
3 rds mitts
3 rds heavy bag
3 rds speedbag
Breakfast:
3 eggs, scrambled
3 strips Hungarian bacon
1/2 bowl oatmeal with rasins
Coffee
Lunch:
Broth with carrots, noodles, and hot sauce.
V8
Dinner:
1/2 portion sweet and sour chicken
1 can of peaches
water to drink.
(I need to go shopping, as you can tell...)
