Oops, Forgot to keep the Log

saturday
latte and minibagel
chicken stew with rice
2 glasses wine
1km  swim

sunday
1 latte and minibagel
half glass orange juice
1 whole wheat roll with butter and jam
3 small rounds of cheese
1 slice of eggtwist bread with butter and jam
1 slice of prosciutto
1 helping of vegetable tian

monday
latte and minibagel
2 protein shakes
75 gr. almonds
asian chicken salad
2 slices of tortilla pie (6 corn tortillas on which there is spinach, diced tomatoes, some spice and 100 gr. of shredded cheese)
25 minute stair master

tuesday
latte and minibagel
1 protein shake
handful of almonds
150 gr. sheepsmilk yogurt with 1 apple and 1/2 cup granola
2 helpings of salad greens
3 helpings wholewheat penne with vegetables
2 glasses red wine
1 scoop yogurt ice cream with fresh strawberries
1 hour brisk walk
