since I'm on the road

despite my absence, I HAVE been working out - however with the rock and roll lifestyle, all blogging was suspended for about...1 month.

regardless, I'm on the road right now - so I thought I would post my really simple ghetto travel workout. Beauty of it is that all I need is a small patch of space in my hotel room.

200x over jump rope full speed
10x 1/2 burpees
10x Wide grip push ups

100x over rope full speed
10x 1/2 burpees
10x Wide grip push ups - 2 claps

100x over rope full speed
10x 1/2 burpees
10x Wide grip push ups - 3 claps

100x over rope fs
10x 1/2 burpees
10x Wide grip push ups - 4 claps

200x over rope fs
15x 1/2 burpees
10x wide grip push ups - 5 claps

I take it that 100x over the rope is 100 reps, but what does full speed mean?

I usually do rope for time since I find counting pretty boring. I know that I shift from hop to leg alternates, double unders, crossovers, etc and vary it roughly ever half minutes (just from watching vids of me jump rope...)
