latte
handful of almonds
small antipasti plate (veggies mainly and some fish)
cream of asparagus soup
asparagus platter
cup of tomato basil soup
chicken, almond, parsnip, potato, scallion and sourcream/mayo/mustard salad
green and white asparagus with scaranza root salad
2 glasses white wine
some strawberries
1 small bite sized piece of chocolate
1 swig of unicum
1km swim
