today I am taking it a bit easy because I did kinda skirt something last week and feel a bit slower than usual
3 minibagels with juice
1 latte
cheese fonue but not with bread rather with apple, zucchini and fennel
2 glasses of wine
20 minutes leglifts, crunches, etc
some stretching
10 minute stairs up and down
