the aim is to increase the intensity for a longer time
It was about 6.10 when I went down to the Rhine and the sun was about to set...
I started walking and running when above me 3 storks flew along the Rhine
about 15 minutes later another 2 flew over me followed a few minutes later
by a huge flock of birds...spring is in the air I guess!
