The past few have been busy due to snow storms, relatives, and all the joy that they bring!
Tuesday:
15 minutes of burpees. I wish I could do 'em for 15 minutes straight, but that it just not the case!!
Oatmeal, coffee, OJ
Lecso with bread
2 bowls of rasin bran
1/4 of apple tart, ham sandwich, 7UP (had to drive - was caught in traffic forever!)
coffee and baklava
Wednesday:
6 rds rope
3 rds footwork
3 rds shadowbox
5 rds mitts
3 rds heavy bag
3 rds speed bag
Bacon and onion omlette, tea, bread
bagel with cheese and 1/2 breve latte
V8 and bresaola & butter sandwich
lecso and bread and guinness
