1 latte, 1 mini bagel 1 orange juice
2 soyaburgerballs
1 dumpling with meat and egg
a handful of nuts (pecans, cashews)
1 glass white wine
2 glasses red wine
1 mojito
1 slice of carrot mousse on redbeet carpaccio
tiny chicken with semolina cake and roasted veggies
1 espresso
1.25 km swim crawl
