Burgers to Beat Anemia

latte
sheepsmilk yogurt
a few almonds
a bit of soup (carrot soup but it wasn't good)
a 1/2 cup of muesli (fruit, muesli mix in yogurt)
2 small burger patties with swiss cheese in a flour tortilla each
2 oatmeal raisin cookies

finally the pool is open and i could go swimming again!!! 
my usual kilometer at a leisurely pace
